Salon Policies
Appointment Policy
All appointments must be booked online at studiovictoria.eu. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten your service time or result in a cancelled appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeat no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours may be refused future bookings.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened depending on the remaining schedule. Please notify me if you're running late.
Payment Policy
Payments are accepted via Swish. Full payment is due at the end of your service. Tips are appreciated but not required.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied, please let me know within 3 days and I’ll be happy to offer a fix free of charge.
Hygiene & Health Policy
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any contagious illness or visible nail infections. I reserve the right to refuse service for health, hygiene, or conduct reasons.
Children & Guests Policy
Due to limited space and for safety reasons, please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
Nail Repair Policy
Nail repairs are free within 3 days of your service (up to 2 nails). After that, a small fee will apply.
Nail Art & Length Policy
Standard lengths and designs are included in service pricing. Please note that extreme lengths or highly detailed/custom nail art may require additional time and will incur an upcharge. If you would like an estimate in advance, please include your design inspiration when booking.
Aftercare Policy
I provide professional services using high-quality products. However, the longevity of your nails depends on proper aftercare. I cannot guarantee results if aftercare instructions are not followed or if nails are used in ways that cause damage.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service. While I use professional products, I am not responsible for reactions that arise from undisclosed allergies.
Photos & Social Media
I may take photos of your nails for my portfolio or social media. Let me know in advance if you prefer not to be featured.
